I am a woman who loves beauty and fun. I sail, read, play games, learn instruments (piano, flute, ukulele, tin whistle, Scottish drums, harmonica), hike, sing, Pickleball, explore, and write. The joy of watching two brothers survive and learn together sailing a boat in 20 knot winds.

What a relief to watch them not capsize or turtle the boat and to lend helping hands at the end with multiple sailors’ boats. 

The exhilaration of setting sail with another woman to learn the Vanguard waters on a gust day, with only a 420 rudder to direct the way.  It was a rough docking as we came in a bit hot and the center board got stuck, but we managed to not wreck the boat.
